Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is handled when you use gameslink.online ("GamesLink", "we", "us"). The short version: we don't ask for your name, email or any account, your game progress stays in your own browser, and advertising on the site is provided by Google, which uses cookies.

Information we do not collect

You can play every game without creating an account. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or payment details, and the games don't include in-app purchases.

Game progress and settings

Games save your progress, best scores and settings (such as sound on or off) in your browser's own storage on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we can't see or recover it. Clearing your browser's site data, using a private window, or switching to another browser or device will start you from the beginning.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web server records basic technical information about each request: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site running, to fix errors and to protect it against abuse. Logs are rotated automatically and are not used to build profiles of visitors or sold to anyone.

Advertising and cookies

GamesLink shows advertising provided by Google AdSense. Ads appear on the site's pages, never inside a game while you are playing.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, through a consent message provided by Google. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link in that message. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use cookies only for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention.

Fonts

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

Children

GamesLink is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to how it is used. Because we don't hold accounts or profiles, in practice the only personal data we hold is in short-lived server logs. For advertising data, use the Google controls above. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the home page for at least 30 days.
